INSTANT COCONUT POWDER
Instant Coconut milk powder is available with 35% fat, 40% fat content or with 50% fat content. It is free from preservatives, artificial colouring and artificial flavouring. By just adding water or adding directly into your cooking, you have a 100% natural coconut taste.
The shelf life of the 50 gram packing is max. 24 months and of the other sizes it is max. 18 months. The shelf life of 25 kilo bags is 12 months. Should be protected from direct exposure to sunlight and heat sources.
It can be packed in consumer packs of 50 gram, 150 gram, 300 gram or in liquid form 200 ml. In institutional pack of 1 kilo or industrial packing of 25 kilo bags.
Is a natural taste improver and has many applications such as Bakery (bread, biscuits and cookies), Confectionaries (chocolates, sweets, toffee), Ice Cream (yoghurts, desserts, puddings), Drinks (pina colada, cocktails, shakes), Dry Mix (cake mixes, curry mixes, seasoning mixes), Savouries (curries, coconut rice). This product is Halal certified and Cholesterol free.
