ICE CREAM
Ice cream is produced from cream, milk, sugar and flavouring and various flavours are available.
Frozen ice cream packed in consumer packs or family packs have a shelf life of 24 months when stored at -22 degrees Celsius.
Several packing sizes are available from 88ml to 110 ml.
These goods must be shipped in reefer containers at -22 degrees Celsius. In an 20ft reefer around 4.5 MT can be loaded of mixed products.
It contains a handful of key nutrients, including bone-strengthening calcium and phosphorus but cannot exactly be referred to as a health food.
